At the same time, we would like to inform you that in accordance with the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services, you have the right to terminate the agreement with the Branch that is effected by the change of the Price list, free of charge with an immediate effect (i.e. from the date of delivery of a notice of refusal to accept the new Price list to the Branch) or from the date indicated by you, but before the date of entry into force of the aforementioned changes. For more information about termination of the agreement, please refer to Section XIII of the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services, which can be found in the document section on the website of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky. A notice of refusal to accept the new Price list should be sent to: PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky, Pribinova 10, 811 09 Bratislava.
If you do not notify us of your refusal to accept the changes before 1 November 2024, the changes will be deemed to have been approved.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that, in accordance with the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services for clients of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky, you have the right to terminate the affected agreement free of charge with immediate effect (i.e. on the date of delivery of the notice of refusal to accept the new terms and conditions to the Bank) and/or from the date indicated by you, but before the entry into force date of the aforementioned amendments. Balance confirmations at the end of 2022
In the iPKO biznes service, in the Accounts section, a new function is available - Confirmation of balances at the end of the year.
Thanks to this, you can download a confirmation in pdf format, with information about account balances, deposits and loans. To use this option, make sure that you have the access rights to account balance information.
Cross-border transfers with payment purpose code
To make a foreign transfer to certain countries, please enter the so-called payment purpose code in the title, which specifies the reason for the transaction. Without this, we cannot execute the transfer.

Once you have entered your BIC code, the list will activate from which you can select the appropriate payment purpose code.
