Change of the Price list for clients (the “Price list”) of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky (the “Branch”)
- introduction of a fee for year-end positive balance increase,
- an increase in the fee for issuing a hardware token,
- an increase in fees for SEPA direct debit services,
- other minor changes and revisions.
In order to make the tracking of the changes easier for you, we have prepared:
- A list of changes in the Price list effective from 1 November 2024
- A new amended and restated Price list effective from 1 November 2024
At the same time, we would like to inform you that in accordance with the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services, you have the right to terminate the agreement with the Branch that is effected by the change of the Price list, free of charge with an immediate effect (i.e. from the date of delivery of a notice of refusal to accept the new Price list to the Branch) or from the date indicated by you, but before the date of entry into force of the aforementioned changes. For more information about termination of the agreement, please refer to Section XIII of the General Business Terms and Conditions for Accounts, Payments and Other Services, which can be found in the document section on the website of PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky. A notice of refusal to accept the new Price list should be sent to: PKO BP S.A., pobočka zahraničnej banky, Pribinova 10, 811 09 Bratislava.
If you do not notify us of your refusal to accept the changes before 1 November 2024, the changes will be deemed to have been approved.
