iPKO dealer is a professional Internet platform for currency exchange addressed to companies making settlements in foreign currencies. It provides online currency exchange transactions, management of foreign currency risk and deposition of financial surplus.

On iPKO dealer, you can exchange any of the currencies listed in the exchange rate table of PKO Bank Polski, available on pkobp.pl, in any possible combination (all in all 253 currency pairs).

Spot transactions be executed from as little as 1 USD, 1 EUR, 1 GBP. Details of the minimum amounts for all of the quoted currencies are available in the relevant announcement on pkobp.pl.

An Order is a conditional order for a spot transaction. When making an Order, you set the exchange rate at which you wish to execute the transaction. If the exchange rate reaches the level you expected, the trade as per the Order is executed automatically.

An Alert is a text message via SMS that the exchange rate expected by the customer has been reached. Unlike the Order, the setting of an Alert by the customer does not entail an automatic trade execution.

After clicking the FX Spot or FX Forward button, you will see a form for spot transactions, if the Value Today, Value Tomorrow Spot execution date is selected. With this form, you can enter into Forward FX trades if you choose a later settlement date than Spot.

In order to use the iPKO dealer platform, you have to be an entrepreneur and you have to enter into a master agreement for financial markets dealings at our Branch and have access to the iPKO or iPKO biznes electronic banking system.

There is no such need. You do not need any additional login names, passwords or authentication tools. When you have signed the agreement for the use of iPKO dealer, the platform will be available directly from iPKO/iPKO biznes and will not require any additional authentication. This is also the case of the mobile version of iPKO dealer.

Yes, all account operations connected with trades executed on iPKO dealer will be listed in the transaction history on the iPKO dealer platform, in the iPKO/iPKO biznes electronic banking system and on the account statements.

Yes, until 16:00 hours you can execute a trade if you do not have any money in the debited account. The missing funds must be supplied by 17:00 hours on the trade settlement date.

If you execute a trade with settlement on the same day after 16:00 hours, the debited account must hold 100% of the trade amount.

If there is no money to settle a trade executed via iPKO dealer, the Bank will close out the transaction by executing a reverse trade. In such a case, a net settlement will be made on the basis of the difference between the rates in the executed trade and the close-out trade.

No, you cannot. A trade executed via iPKO dealer is irrevocable and cannot be adjusted or cancelled. However, you can close an erroneous trade by entering into a reverse trade. In such a case, a net settlement will be made on the basis of the difference between the rates in the executed trade and the close-out trade.

You should buy the missing amount in EUR via iPKO dealer or partly close the transaction to take care of the deficit.

Yes, you can. Find the trade in the trading history and perform the roll-back action on it.

When you launch iPKO dealer, you will see a customer selection screen, where you will be able to choose the right firm. If, later on, you wish to trade on the account of another firm, for which you act as a proxy, just select its name from a drop-down list of customers in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

In order to be able to use the functionality of the iPKO dealer platform effectively, you need a computer with one of the following web browsers of the stated or later version: Internet Explorer 10.0, Mozilla Firefox 31.0, Google Chrome 36.0, Safari 31.0.

Yes, you can. The mobile version of iPKO dealer to be used on smartphones and tablets is available on www.m.ipko.pl and www.ipkobiznes.pl. With the mobile version, you can access the transaction history, execute FX Spot and FX Forward trades, make negotiable deposits and FX orders.

Yes, you can. The master agreement for financial markets dealings covers trading on the iPKO dealer platform and dealing over the phone with our dealer. Please, note, however, that the minimum amount of a trade executed over the phone with a dealer is USD 5,000 or its equivalent in any other currency.

Yes, you can. When you click Other Banking Operation (Negotiation related to international transfer), you will see a form for negotiating exchange rates for international transfers, both coming from another bank to your account and ones sent by you to an account with another bank. This type of negotiation is for customers who do not have an account in the source or target currency.

Yes, you can. A trade series was designed for Customers who need to execute numerous trades at the same time instead of performing them one by one.  Such a solution is convenient because when entering the series, you will see all the trades put in on one page and you will save time by not executing each trade separately.

Par Forward enables you to execute a series of FX trades in the same currency pair, with the same counterparty but with different maturities, applying one, common exchange rate.

Only the designated persons named in the master agreement for financial markets dealings are allowed to trade on iPKO dealer.
