First Login
- On the https://www.ipkobiznes.pl, in the User ID field, enter the customer ID received from a bank employee.
- After reloading, you will see the first logging screen. In the First logging password field, enter the character string provided by the branch employee or in the SMS message, and then confirm with the Login button.
- Confirm the first logging with the new tool. Depending on the tool:
- scan the images presented on the service page, set your individual PIN for the token and enter the answers from the token to the service and click Next, or
- enter the generated code and click Execute, or
- confirm push notification on your phone.
- Then you will be taken to the screen of changing your access password. Set your new password:
The new password can be 8-16 alphanumeric characters long (numbers and/or letters and special characters: `!@#$%^&*()_+-={}[]:;',.<>?). The password cannot contain Polish letters (e.g.: "ł", "ś"). The system is case-sensitive. After entering the required data and selecting the Next button, you will receive a confirmation that the password has been changed. - Click Next and a page where you choose your security image will appear. It will appear as another confirmation when logging in, and then confirm your selection and you will complete the activation.
Subsequent Login
- On the https://www.ipkobiznes.pl, enter your User ID and select Next.
- A security image will be displayed on the next page - if correct, enter your access password and click Next.
- In the third step, the security image will be displayed again - if it is correct, depending on the tool you have:
- Use the token to scan the image operation code visible on the iPKO biznes, enter your individual PIN for the token, verify the authorization ID and enter the response from the token to the service, then click Next, or
- enter the token password generated on your token, and then confirm with the Login button, or
- confirm push notification on your mobile phone.
Remember, If during the login you see an image other than the one you have chosen or the data presented (date and time displayed on the image are not consistent with current data), stop the logon process immediately and call us at: +48 61 855 94 94 or 801 36 36 36 (charged according to the operator's tariff, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
Password Recovery
In case of blocking your access to iPKO biznes, contact the administrator of the iPKO biznes website in your company. PIN code for mobilne token or mobile app (mobile authorization) can be changed in the iPKO biznes mobile app.
