Logging into your account for the first time

Use your PKO Bank Polski account on your favourite devices - log in for the first time via computer, laptop or the IKO app on your phone! To log in for the first time, prepare:

 

  • login - customer number or friendly login
  • password - SMS or from an envelope

You will automatically receive an SMS password when you enter your login on ipko.pl or when activating the IKO mobile application (the password is valid for 5 minutes).

Envelope password will be given to you by an advisor at our branch.

How do I log into the bank for the first time?

In the IKO app

    Go to your device's app shop and download the IKO app to your phone

    Then launch the application and select Activate IKO application, if you are already our customer or Open account via selfie

    The IKO application will show you a screen with instructions for the first login

    Select Start

    After entering your login, you will be asked once to set your password for electronic banking or to enter the password you have already set when logging in to the iPKO service

    Then follow the activation instructions on the phone screen
    (The password will be needed each time you log on to iPKO)

On iPKO

    Go to ipko.pl

    Enter your login and enter temporary password

    Change temporary password to your own

    The password should consist of 8-16 characters. It must contain letters and numbers and may include special characters `!@#$%^&*()_+-={}[]:;',.<>?. It must not contain Polish letters (e.g. "ł", "ś") and must not be the same as the login. Caution! The system is case-sensitive, this means that the password "xyz123" is not the same as "XYZ123"

    Select and confirm your security image

    Now your iPKO is active

    Now add the device from which you log in to the iPKO service to the trusted ones, if you do not do so, each time we will ask you to confirm logging in with your authorisation tool
