the Report:
Following delivery of the information from the Bank Guarantee Fund ("BGF") on 19 April 2022, the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the annual contribution to the bank resolution fund as set by the BGF amounts to PLN 263,652,017.98 for 2022.
The total BGF contributions (consisting of contributions to the banks’ guarantee fund for the first quarter of 2022 in the amount of PLN 115,924,604.21 and the annual contribution to the banks’ resolution fund for 2022 mentioned above) recognized in the Bank’s costs for the first quarter of 2022 amount to PLN 379,576,622.19.
The overall costs of BGF contributions borne by the Bank’s Group (incl. the contributions of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A.) in the first quarter of 2022 amount to PLN 407,129,684.59.
