The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that the Bank’s Supervisory Board dismissed Mr. Bartosz Drabikowski from the Bank's Management Board. At the same time, the Supervisory Board decided to appoint Mr. Andrzej Kopyrski to the  Bank’s Management Board from 1 January 2023 as its Vice President for the current joint term of office of the Bank's Management Board, which started as of 3 July 2020.

Andrzej Kopyrski

He is a graduate of Warsaw Institute of Technology and University of Strathclyde in Glasgow.

Professional career:

He started his banking career in Bank Pekao S.A. in 1992. In the years 1993-1996 he worked in corporate banking in ING Bank Polska S.A. and later he headed structured finance operations in Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. and since 1997 till 2001 he was Director in ABN Amro Bank (Polska) in charge of structured finance and capital markets.

Since 2001 he held a position of Member of the Management Board in HSBC Financial Services (Poland). Since April 2002 he worked in Bank BPH S.A. as Managing Director responsible for Sales, Structured Finance and Capital Markets Area and after merger with Bank Pekao S.A. he took the responsibility for Investment Banking and Structured Finance Department.

In the years 2008 - 2018 he was the Vice President of the Management Board of Bank Pekao S.A. managing the corporate and investment banking operations. Then he worked at the Polish Development Fund (PFR), where he was responsible for the Investment Division, supervising capital investments and the support program for large companies.

 

According to the statement submitted on 15 December 2022 Mr. Andrzej Kopyrski does not carry out any activities which are competitive toward the Bank, in particular having the status of a partner in a civil law partnership or partnership or company which is in competition with the Bank, holding the position of a member of a body of any other legal entity which is in competition with the Bank or carrying out business activities on his own in competition with the Bank. Mr. Andrzej Kopyrski is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained on the basis of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
