("Bank") informs that on 19 December 2023 the Bank’s Supervisory Board, pursuant to Article 349 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, approved the payment of an interim dividend for the accounting year from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 on the terms and conditions set out in report No. 25/2023 of 19 December 2023.
