The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that on 26 January 2022, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (“PFSA”) unanimously expressed consent for the appointment of Ms. Iwona Duda as the President of the Bank’s Management Board.
On 14 October 2021, the Supervisory Board of the Bank appointed Ms. Iwona Duda as the President of the Bank’s Management Board, subject to the consent of the PFSA and upon obtaining such consent. Until that consent was obtained, Ms. Iwona Duda was the Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board managing the work of the Bank’s Management Board. Obtaining the said consent results in fulfillment of the condition of becoming the President of the Bank’s Management Board.
