The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO BP SA”) hereby announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of PKO BP SA convened as at 6th April 2009, passed the resolution regarding calling an adjournment. The meeting will be continued on 20 April 2009 at 11 am.
