Legal basis: Paragraph 103.2 and 101.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state The report: The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna hereby informs that the consolidated semi-annual financial statement of the Capital Group of PKO BP SA with abbreviated semi-annual financial statement for the 1st half 2009, the disclosure date of which was previously set up for 24 September 2009 (current report No. 3/2009 of 16 January 2009) will be published on 27 August 2009. Furthermore the Management Board informs that, according to Paragraph 101.2 of the mentioned above Regulation, decided to cancel the publication of consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2009.
