The report:

The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”) hereby informs that the rating agency, Standard and Poor’s, granted on 20 September 2012 the rating for the issue of USD-denominated bonds issued by the PKO Finance AB on the basis of documentation  applicable on the debt market in the United States, pursuant to Rule 144A issued under the U.S. Securities Act (“USD Issue”). About the USD Issue the Bank informed in current report No. 71/2012 dated 18 September 2012 r.

 

The USD Issue is rated at “A-” (on a scale of marks from the best: AAA, AA, A, BBB, BB, B, CCC, CC, C, D; with a possibility of adding a plus (+) or minus (-) to the marks from AA to CCC to show relative standing within the major rating categories). 

 

The Bank has got ratings assigned on the 8th May 2012 by Standard and Poor’s of: the Bank long-term counterparty credit rating of “A-“ with stable outlook, the Bank short-term counterparty credit rating of “A-2” with stable outlook.
