Legal basis: Paragraph 5.1.22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent The report: Referring to the Current Report No. 24/2011 dated 16 May 2011, the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 9 August 2011 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (PFSA) unanimously consented to the appointment of Mr. Andrzej Kołatkowski as the Vice - President of the Bank’s Management Board, responsible for the matters of the risk management and collection.
