Legal basis: Paragraph 34.1.2 and 34.1.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent The report: The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO BP S.A.”) hereby announces that on 30 October, 2009 the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w Warszawie (the Warsaw Stock Exchange, WSE), by virtue of Resolution No. 615/2009, decided to introduce, pursuant to Article 38.1 and 38.3 of the WSE Rules and Article 1.3 of Chapter VII of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules, on a standard basis, 250,000,000 rights to ordinary series D bearer shares of PKO BP S.A. with par value of PLN 1.00 per share (“Rights to Series D Shares”), marked by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych (the National Depository of Securities, NDS) with code PLPKO0000065, to trading on the main market as of 3 November, 2009. In connection with the above, the first date of listing at the Warsaw Stock Exchange of the Rights to Series D Shares is 3 November, 2009. Rights to Series D Shares will be listed in the continuous quotation system under the abbreviated business name “PKO-PDA” and designation “PKOA”.
