Legal basis: Paragraph 5.1.26 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 October 2005 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities. The report: The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”) hereby informs that the rating agency, Moody's Investors Service Ltd, granted its rating of Bank, done for Bank’s order. Moody's published rating for foreign currency deposits: long-term rating of "A2" with stable perspectives and short-term rating of "Prime-1" with stable outlook. At the same time, Moody's published rating for local currency deposits: long-term rating of "Aa2" with stable outlook and short-term rating of "Prime-1" with stable outlook. Long-term deposit rating of "Aa2" (on a scale of marks from the best: Aaa, Aa, A, Baa, Ba, Caa, Ca, C with a possibility of adding numerical modifiers to the marks from Aa to Caa: 1 - highest, 2, 3 - lowest mark) reflects the Bank's very good capacity to settle long-term payables. Short-term deposit rating of "Prime-1" (top mark in the 4-degree scale: Prime-1, Prime-2, Prime-3, Not Prime) reflects the Bank's very good capacity to settle its short-term payables on a timely basis. Moody's published rating for Bank's financial strength rating ("BFSR") of “C” (in the scale from "A" to "E") with stable outlook.
