Legal grounds: Paragraph 5.1.4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19 October 2005 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities The report: The Management Board of PKO BP SA hereby informs that on 16 July 2007 receipted the consenting signed by the National Bank of Ukraine, which determineted necessary condition to execute transaction to purchase by PKO BP of shares in KREDOBANK SA owned by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter EBRD), in accordance with the agreement entered into by and between PKO BP SA and EBRD on 20 April 2007. Information about the above agreement was disclosed by PKO BP SA in its Current report No. 21/2007.
