Legal basis: Paragraph 5.1.21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005 The report: The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna hereby informs that on 26 June 2006 the Supervisory Board accepted Mr. Andrzej Podsiadło resignation from the function of the president of PKO BP SA Management Board. Additionally the Bank’s Supervisory Board decided, with the agreement of Mr. Andrzej Podsiadło, that he will stay in the post of the President of the Management Board till 31 October 2006. Additionally the Supervisory Board accepted Mrs. Krystyna Szewczyk resignation from the function of the member of PKO BP SA Management Board as of 26 June 2006. Mrs. Krystyna Szewczyk will stay the Chief Accountant of PKO BP SA.
