The share capital of POMERANKA Sp. z o.o. amounts to PLN 4,000,000 and is divided into 40,000 shares of the nominal value of PLN 100 each. All the shares are owned by PKO Inwestycje Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Bank PKO BP SA.
