- Mr. Jerzy Pruski from the position of the President of the Bank’s Management Board, as of 7 July 2009,
- Mr. Tomasz Mironczuk from the position of the Vice-President of the Bank’s Management Board, as of 7 July 2009.
The Supervisory Board of PKO BP S.A. appointed Mr. Wojciech Papierak, the Vice-President of PKO BP SA Management Board, to the President of PKO BP SA Management Board as of 7 July 2009 until the election of the President of the Management Board.
