- delegated Mr. Marek Głuchowski, PhD, President of the Supervisory Board of PKO BP SA to individually supervise activities of the Bank's Management Board in respect of the management of PKO matters since 11 April 2007;
- appointed Mr. Rafał Juszczak (Vicepresident of PKO BP SA Management Board) the President of PKO BP SA Management Board as of 11 April 2007 until the election of the President of the Management Board;
- delegated Mr. Adam Skowroński, PhD, Member of the Supervisory Board of PKO BP SA to the temporary acting of functions of the Vicepresident of the Management Board from 11 April 2007 to 30 April 2007.
