Legal basis: Paragraph 38.1.10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the laws of a state which is not a member state The report: Referring to the current report No. 2/2011 dated 11 January 2011, the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”) hereby informs that the Circuit Court in Warsaw – after earlier clarification by the claimant that the object of the action doesn't concern resolution No. 7/2010 adopted by the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting on 25 June 2010 (“OGM”) - by judgment of 1 March 2012 dismissed the action to declare the invalidity of the resolution No. 1/2010 adopted by the OGM, on the election of the Chairman of the Ordinary General Meeting and the resolution No. 18/2010 adopted by the OGM, on granting a vote of acceptance to a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank for 2009. The aforementioned judgment is not yet legally valid.
