Legal grounds: Paragraph 82.1.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state The report: The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“Bank”) informs that in the current report no. 14/2010 in an unofficial translation into English of the financial statements of PKO BP SA for 2009 being a part of annual report of PKO BP SA for the year ended 31 December 2009 and in an unofficial translation into English of the annual consolidated financial statements of PKO BP SA Group for 2009 being a part of consolidated annual report of the Capital Group of PKO BP SA for the year ended 31 December 2009, which were attached to this report, there were editorial mistakes, presented in the attached files by marked out text in yellow colour. Moreover, the Management Board of the Bank informs that mentioned above financial statements in Polish language version, published on 15 March 2010, are the only official version of these documents.
