The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna moreover informs that, in accordance with paragraph 102.1 of the Regulation, decided not to publish consolidated quarterly financial statements of the Capital Group of PKO Bank Polski S.A. for the 4th quarter 2010. Dates of other periodical financial statements release in 2011 will be disclosed by PKO Bank Polski S.A. till the end of January 2011.
