Legal basis: Paragraph 5.1.21 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities of 19 October 2005 The report: The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO BP SA”) informs that Mr. Sławomir Skrzypek resigned from the position of the Vice - President of PKO BP SA Management Board as of 10 January 2007 in connection with the appointment to the position of the President of National Bank of Poland. The Management Board of PKO BP SA informs that the Supervisory Board of PKO BP SA, at its meeting on 10 January 2007 delegated Mr. Marek Głuchowski, PhD - President of the Supervisory Board of PKO BP SA to the temporary acting of functions of the President of the Management Board until 23 January 2007. In a case of that a candidate to the acting President of the Management Board is not appointed from 24 January 2007 to 26 January 2007, Mr. Marek Głuchowski, PhD - President of the Supervisory Board of PKO BP SA is delegated to the temporary acting of functions of the President of the Management Board since 27 January 2007, but not later than until 10 April 2007.
