Legal basis: Paragraph 5.1.19 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. Contents of the report: The Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna (“PKO Bank Polski SA” or “Bank”) hereby informs that on 28 March 2011 the Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Polski SA has selected PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. as the entity authorized to audit and review Bank’s financial statements and Group’s consolidated financial statements. PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. with the head office in Warsaw, Al. Armii Ludowej 14, entered the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements (maintained by the National Council of Statutory Auditors) under the number 144. The entity to audit and review Bank’s financial statements and Group’s consolidated financial statements was selected by the Bank’s Supervisory Board in compliance with the applicable regulations and standards, on the basis of authority arising from paragraph 15 item 1 point 3 Statute of the Bank. The agreement will be concluded for covering audits and reviews of financial statements of the Bank and PKO Bank Polski SA Capital Group for the years 2011 - 2013. In the past the Bank used the services of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. with respect to audits and reviews of financial statements of PKO Bank Polski SA and Capital Group for the years 2008 - 2010 as well as related services.
