The Management Board of PKO BP SA hereby informs that on 6 April 2006, in performance of the agreement entered into with Credit Suisse Asset Management Holding Europe (Luxembourg) S.A. on 24 January 2006, mentioned in reports nos. 2/2006, 13/2006, the Bank acquired 45,000 registered shares in PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.

The Management Board of PKO BP SA informs that in the current report no. 15/2006 in an unofficial translation into English of the financial statements of PKO BP SA for 2005 being a part of annual report of PKO BP SA for the year ended 31 December 2005 and in an unofficial translation into English of the annual consolidated financial statements of PKO BP SA Group for 2005 being a part of consolidated annual report of the Capital Group of PKO BP SA for the year ended 31 December 2005, which were attached to this report, there were editorial mistakes, presented in the attached files by bolding in blue colour.

Because of the disclosure (on 28.03.2006) of the annual financial statement of PKO BP SA for the year ended 31 December 2005 and the consolidated annual financial statement of the Capital Group of PKO BP SA for the year ended 31 December 2005, PKO BP SA discloses an unofficial translation into English of these two reports.

The Management Board of PKO BP SA hereby informs that on 27 March 2006 adopted the resolution and decided to submit to the General Meeting the recommendation of the dividend payments for 2005 in the amount of PLN 800,000,000 (PLN 0.80 per one share).
