The object of the bank guarantee agreement consists in granting, upon the Client’s request, a guarantee in the amount of PLN 6,966,225 in favour of Miejskie Zakłady Autobusowe in Warsaw, to secure the appropriate execution of a contract concluded between the Client and the MZA

The Management Board of PKO BP SA hereby informs that on 6 June 2006 Bank was informed that the District Court in Gdańsk on 2 June 2006 had registered capital increase of Centrum Haffnera Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Sopot in which PKO BP SA acquired 88,741 shares of PLN 500 value each and of total nominal value amounts PLN 44,370,500 (acquisition price was equal as nominal value of the shares)
Current Report No. 26/2006 - Acquisition of assets of significant value
The Management Board of PKO BP SA hereby informs that on 18 May 2006 Bank was informed that the District Court in Poznań on 11 May 2006 had registered capital increase of Inter Finance Poland Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Suchy Las near Poznań (“Inter Finance”). The newly issued shares in increased capital were acquired by Bankowe Towarzystwo Kapitałowe S.A. (“BTK”) - Bank’s subsidiary (PKO BP SA owns 100% of shares in BTK).
