The Management Board of PKO BP SA informs that Mr. Sławomir Skrzypek resigned from the position of the Vice - President of PKO BP SA Management Board as of 10 January 2007 in connection with the appointment to the position of the President of National Bank of Poland. The Management Board of PKO BP SA informs that the Supervisory Board of PKO BP SA, at its meeting on 10 January 2007 delegated Mr. Marek Głuchowski, PhD - President of the Supervisory Board of PKO BP SA to the temporary acting of functions of the President of the Management Board until 23 January 2007.

The Management Board of PKO BP SA hereby informs that on 22 December 2006 Bank entered - with one of the banks operating in Poland - into buyback debt liability agreement of the dept which belongs to this entity against one of Bank’s client. This dept belongs to mentioned above entity because of multicurrency revolving credit agreement signed by a syndicate of banks, with the total amount of EUR 800 million (PLN 3,053 million).
