the Report:

Following receiving information from the Bank Guarantee Fund ("BGF"), the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the annual contribution to the bank resolution fund as set by the BGF for 2025 amounts to PLN 308,100,466.45   and for the Bank’s Group (incl. the contributions of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A.), amount to PLN 322,067,080.04. 

Abovementioned amount will be recognised in costs of the Bank’s Group in first quarter of 2025.
