The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the "Bank") informs that on 6 April 2023 Mr. Paweł Gruza informed about his resignation effective on  the end of 12 April 2023 from managing the work of the Bank's Management Board and from applying for the position of President of the Bank's Management Board.

Delivered resignation, according to its contents, does not include Mr. Paweł Gruza’s resignation from participation in the composition of the Bank's Management Board nor from performing the function of Vice-President of the Bank's Management Board.
