The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 9 December 2024, pursuant to Art. 385 § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, the Bank’s Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Mr. Jerzy Śledziewski to the Bank’s Supervisory Board.

Biographical note of appointed member of the Supervisory Board constitute the attachment to this report.

Mr Jerzy Śledziewski is engaged in activities competing with the Bank in that he is a member of the supervisory board of HPI GMA S.A. (he also holds shares in the share capital of HPI GMA S.A.).

Mr Jerzy Śledziewski  is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
