the Report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that the Bank received a notification from a shareholder - Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” – of the nomination of Mr. Jerzy Śledziewski as a candidate to the Supervisory Board, in relation to the convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting on December 9, 2024  (the "EGM").

The Bank provides received information on a candidate’s professional CV, educational background and qualifications in order to enable the Bank's shareholders to familiarise themselves with such information prior to the EGM.
