The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that the Bank’s Supervisory Board decided today to appoint Mr. Tomasz Pol to the Bank’s Management Board as its Vice President effective from 1 May 2025, for the current joint term of office of the Bank's Management Board, which started as of 26 March 2024.

Information of the person newly appointed to the Bank's Management Board:

Tomasz Pol

Previously held the position of Director of the Retail Banking Marketing Department at Bank Millennium.

Responsible for Bank Millennium's offering for individual customers and micro companies. For more than 20 years in corporate banking, retail banking and strategic consulting for financial services companies. Experience in product management, process digitisation, distribution model transformation and banking for affluent clients.

He has worked at Bank Citi Handlowy, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Handlowy Leasing. He is a member of the Presidium of the Council of Bank Card Issuers at the Polish Bank Association.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the Business Administration programme at Lund University (Sweden).

According to the submitted statement Mr. Tomasz Pol from 1 May 2025 will not carry out any activities in competition with the Bank, in particular having the status of a partner in a civil law partnership or partnership or company which is in competition with the Bank, holding the position of a member of a body of any other legal entity which is in competition with the Bank or carrying out business activities on his own in competition with the Bank. Mr. Tomasz Pol is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained on the basis of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
