the Report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that on January 30, 2024 the Bank received a notification from a shareholder - the State Treasury - on the submission of candidates to the Supervisory Board, in connection with the convening of the Extraordinary General Meeting on February 2, 2024 (the "EGM").
The shareholder – the State Treasury – hereby submits the following candidates:
- Maciej Cieślukowski,
- Ms Hanna Kuzińska,
- Szymon Midera,
- Marek Panfil,
- Marek Radzikowski,
- Paweł Waniowski,
- Ms Katarzyna Zimnicka – Jankowska
At the same time, the Bank is enclosing information on candidates’ professional CVs, educational background and qualifications to enable the Bank's shareholders to familiarise themselves with such information prior to the EGM.
