The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 23 January 2024 the Bank was notified that the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Warsaw registered the amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association, adopted by the resolution No. 32/2023 of the Annual General Meeting on 21 June 2023.
The registration applies to the following amendments:
- the following letter e was added in § 4 section 2 point 15 after letter d:
“(e) executing orders to buy or sell financial instruments on behalf of the client,”;
- § 7 section 4 is read as follows:
“4. The acquisition of own shares by the Bank with a view to redeeming such shares shall require a resolution of the General Meeting and consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.”.
