the Report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs about the release dates of periodic reports in 2023:

1. annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2022 and consolidated report of the Bank’s Group (“BG”) for the year ended 31 December 2022 – 10 March 2023,
2. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 1^st quarter 2023 – 18 May 2023,
3. consolidated semi-annual report of the BG and condensed standalone financial statement for the 1^st half 2023 – 24 August 2023,
4. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 3^rd quarter 2023 – 9 November 2023.
