Further to the Reports: No. 38/2017, No. 39/2017 and No. 40/2017, the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 24 October 2017 the Moody’s Investors Service granted the rating of A3 with a stable outlook for tranche of bonds in the amount of CHF 400,000,000 due November 2021, priced in frameworks of the EMTN Programme of the Bank.
