§ 19.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for concerning information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent. 

The report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) hereby announces that on 28 June 2024, the Annual General Meeting of the Bank (the “AGM”) allocated as a dividend, from the net profit of the Bank achieved in 2023, PLN 3,237,500,000  representing PLN 2.59 gross per each share.

The AGM set the following dates:

1) the dividend date: 8 August 2024,

2) the dividend payment date: 22 August 2024.

All of the Bank’s shares, i.e. 1,250,000,000 are entitled to the dividend.
