The report:
The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) hereby informs that on 21 September 2017 the Supervisory Board of the Bank appointed Mr. Adam Marciniak for the position of the Vice-President of the Bank’s Management Board as of 1 October 2017 for the current joint term of office of the Bank’s Management Board.

Adam Marciniak
Adam Marciniak has been connected with PKO Bank Polski since 2011. As the head of the Application Development and Maintenance Division responsible for the management, development and maintenance of the information processing systems, he successfully organized the operation of the IT organization, focussing on the efficiency of processes, cost optimization and a dynamic business growth. From 2011 to 2014, acting as a Vice President of Inteligo Financial Services SA, he was also responsible for the development of the information processing systems, optimisation and incorporation of the subsidiary into Bank’s organization. Earlier, he had worked for Pekao SA as the Operating Manager of the Electronic Channels Development and Management Office and the head of the IT Department in the Central Brokerage House of Pekao SA. Mr. Marciniak is a member of the Presidency of the Electronic Banking Council of the Polish Bank Association, the IT Architecture Council of the Government’s Digitization Committee and an expert in the Task Force for the evaluation of IT projects of the Government’s Digitization Committee. He is a member of the supervisory board of PKO Bank Hipoteczny SA and PKO BP Finat Sp. z o.o. He has won numerous industry awards and accolades, is a holder of the title of the Ambassador for the Electronic Economy at the 10th Congress of Electronic Economy, winner of the Nicholas Copernicus Medal awarded by the Polish Bank Association for special merits in the construction and development of the banking sector and a special title of “Banking Market Innovator 2015” within the Top 50 Banks in Poland ranking. A graduate of the Military Technical Academy in Warsaw and the Warsaw University of Technology.
Adam Marciniak declared that:
- he doesn’t conduct any business competitive to the business of the Bank;
- he doesn’t participate in any business competitive in respect of the Bank as a partner in a partnership;
- he is not a member of a body of a company competing with the Bank,
- he is not a member of any other body of legal person competing with the Bank;
- he is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
