Content of the report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs of the dates of periodical reports release in 2019: 

1. annual report of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2018 and consolidated report of the Bank’s Group (“BG”) for the year ended 31 December 2018 - 4 March 2019 (this constitutes the change of the publication date of these reports which Bank previously set up for 11 March 2019 in the report No. 44/2017 in December 2017),
2. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 1^st quarter 2019 – 15 May 2019,
3. consolidated semi-annual report of the BG with condensed stand-alone semi-annual financial statements for the 1^st half 2019 – 13 August 2019,
4. consolidated quarterly report of the BG for the 3^rd quarter 2019 – 7 November 2019.
