Further to the Reports: No. 28/2017 and No. 30/2017, the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 20 July 2017 the Moody’s Investors Service granted the rating of A3 with a stable outlook for tranche of bonds in the amount of 750,000,000 EUR due July 2021, issued in frameworks of the EMTN Programme of the Bank.
