The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. hereby publishes (as an enclosure to this report) the content of the resolutions adopted and not adopted by the Annual General Meeting of PKO Bank Polski S.A. on 26 August 2020.

Objections were raised to the resolutions No. 2/2020, No. 4/2020 and No. 9/2020.
