Impact of the contributions to the Bank Guarantee Fund on the results of the first quarter of 2024

the Report:
Following receiving information from the Bank Guarantee Fund ("BGF") on 18 April 2024, the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the annual contribution to the bank resolution fund as set by the BGF for 2024 amounts to PLN 257,808,808.64 and for the Bank’s Group (incl. the contributions of PKO Bank Hipoteczny S.A.), amount to PLN 271,755,363.70.
Abovementioned amount will be recognised in costs of the Bank’s Group in first quarter of 2024.
