Content of the report:

The Management Board of PKO Bank Polski S.A. (the “Bank”) informs that the consolidated quarterly report of the Bank’s Group for the 1^st quarter 2020, the disclosure date of which Bank previously set up for 6 May 2020 (Report No. 22/2019), the Bank will publish on 28 May 2020.

In the Bank’s opinion, publishing the report at the original date is difficult because of market environment which is dynamically changing under the influence of the pandemic. The extension of the preparation and publication time of the report should favor a more solid judgment on the impact of the epidemic on the Polish banking sector.
