Content of the Report:

With reference to the current report No. 38/2014 of 14 May 2014, the Management Board of Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. („PKO Bank Polski” or the „Bank”) hereby announces that on 26 September 2014 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, acting pursuant to Article 124 Section 1 of the Banking Law, granted its permit to the merger of Nordea Bank Polska S.A. with PKO Bank Polski through the transfer of all the assets of Nordea Bank Polska S.A. (as the target company) to PKO Bank Polski (as the surviving company).
