Issues of PKO Bank Hipoteczny

Covered bonds are a type of debt paper secured by payments on mortgage loans. The high level of safety of PKO Bank Hipoteczny’s covered bonds has been confirmed by the rating agency Moody’s, which assigned them Aa1 rating.

Issuing covered bonds is PKO Bank Hipoteczny’s key task. Currently, the Bank conducts two issuance programmes:

  • Domestic Programme of Covered Bond Issuance
  • International Programme of Covered Bond Issuance

Domestic Programme of Covered Bond Issuance

PKO Bank Hipoteczny’s covered bonds are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s parallel market and on Alternative Trading System organised by BondSpot. The bank was granted Issuer status on 9 December 2015.

International Programme of Covered Bond Issuance

PKO Bank Hipoteczny on 4th of August 2016 established the international mortgage covered bonds programme with the maximum amount of outstanding at 4.000.000.000 EUR. PKO Bank Hipoteczny’s covered bonds in EUR are listed on LuxSE and Warsaw Stock Exchange’s parallel market.
