As of 1 November 2024, PKO BP S.A., Czech Branch introduces the following amendments to the Price list of fees and commissions for clients

As of 1 November 2024, PKO BP S.A., Czech Branch introduces the following amendments to the Price list of fees and commissions for clients:

  • Introduction of a fee for an increase in the balance of accounts on the last day of the year
  • Increase in fees, including for account maintenance, issuance of a hardware token, preparation of a paper statement, domestic transfers in CZK, and SEPA transfers, as well as for submission of a request to repay unauthorised overdraft
  • General changes

In order to facilitate the analysis of the amendments to the offer, we have prepared:

  1. A list of amendments to the Price list of fees and commissions effective from 1 November 2024
  2. The new revised Price list of fees and commissions effective from 1 November 2024

We would like to invite you to read them.

At the same time, we inform you that pursuant to § 152, paragraph 4 of Act No. 370/2017 Coll, on payment services, you have the possibility to terminate the contract affected by the amendments free of charge (with immediate effect or as of the date indicated by you before the entry into force date of the aforementioned amendments). More information on how to terminate your contract with us can also be found in paragraph XIII of the General Terms and Conditions for maintaining Accounts, executing Payments and providing other Services, which can be found here (PDF FILE). A declaration of refusal to accept the new terms and conditions should be sent to the Bank’s correspondence address as stated in the agreement concluded with the Bank or to the registered office address of the Czech Branch of the Bank: Klimentská 1216/46, Nové Město, 110 00, Praha 1.

If you do not notify of your refusal to accept the amendments before 1 November 2024, they are deemed to have been approved.
