I announcement:
We wish to inform you that as of 8 June 2019, the Tariff for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Tariff) is going to change.
- In Part II PACKAGES AND ACCOUNTS WITHDRAWN FROM OFFER (IN ADMINISTRATION) in Section I PACKAGES BASED ON BUSINESS PARTNER ACCOUNT IN ADMINISTRATION in Chapter I Packages opened by 26 June 2016 and Chapter II Packages opened by 30 April 2013 and in Section II PACKAGES BASED ON CURRENT ACCOUNT IN ADMINISTRATION and in Section III ACCOUNTS IN ADMINISTRATION the fee for making the iPKO Dealer transaction platform available is cancelled.
- In Part III:
- In Section I, the mode of collecting fees for the issue of debit cards and charge cards or for every renewal of such cards is specified by adding that the fee is collected for every 12-month period of card validity.
- In Section I and Section II, the name of card “PKO VISA Business Electron Card” is replaced with a new name “PKO VISA Business.”
Simultaneously, relevant changes were made with respect to provisions in these sections.
In case you do not accept the changes introduced in the Tariff, in line with the Regulations of Maintaining Bank Accounts for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. (Regulations), you have a right to terminate the current account agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of being provided with this announcement. As a result of termination of the current account agreement, the agreement will be terminated as of the end of the notice period, in compliance with terms specified in the Agreement or the Regulations.
