  1. Introduction of new electronic banking system (EBICS) to the product offer of PKO Bank Polski SA Niederlassung Deutschland
    We kindly inform you that due to the introduction of the new electronic banking system (EBICS) to the product offer of PKO Bank Polski SA Niederlassung Deutschland, as of the 1st of January 2019, new rates are introduced to the List of prices and services in German branch for both launch and monthly use of EBICS.
  2. Changes to the List of prices and services in German branch
    In addition, effective as of the 1st of March 2019, the List of prices and services in German branch is subject to further changes:
    • the interest rates of funds on non-saving bank accounts in EUR, USD, GBP and PLN are reduced,
    • in the case of outgoing transfers to the countries of the European Economic Area, the use of OUR and BEN cost instructions will no longer be acceptable (following the implementation of the Directive of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2015/2366 to the legal order of the European Union member states),
    • other changes of an ordinal character.

We also inform you that in accordance with the General Business Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen), you may terminate the agreement affected by the changes free of charge with immediate effect before the date of entry into force of the changes.

Unless you have indicated disapproval of the changes before the 1st of March 2019, the changes are deemed to have been approved.
